Shah Rukh Khan charmed Chennaiites with his presence recently, on the occasion of the audio release of the Tamil version of his film Ra. One.
On the way to the airport and accompanied by Soundarya, SRK met Superstar Rajinikanth at the Raghavendra Kalyana Mandapam.
The Badshah of Bollywood profusely thanked the Superstar for doing a cameo role and sharing screen space in Ra. One.
Vijay's father honoured
Producer/director S.A. Chandrashekaran — actor Vijay’s father, was recently elected the president of the Tamil Film Producers Council. He, along with his elected team that includes Sathya Jothi Thyagarajan, T. Siva, Thenappan Thaanu, Muralidharan and 21 EC members, took official oath recently.
The lone woman office bearer of the team and the wife of actor/director Nasser, Kamila Nasser, won the maximum number of votes — 384 — among those elected, and was congratulated by all the members of TFPC. K.R. who lost by 24 votes to S.A.C., presented a shawl to the latter.
